• Lift videos (if uploaded)

Payment Data

If you subscribe to a paid plan:

• Payment is processed by our third-party payment provider
• We do not store your full credit card details

• Provide and improve the Ascend platform
• Enable coach-athlete communication and program delivery

• Account data is retained while your account is active
• After account deletion, we remove personal data within 30 days
• Financial records are retained for 7 years as required by Dutch law
